Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

• If an item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, we may only issue a partial refund.

• Refunds are not issued for items returned beyond 14 days without prior agreement.

Missing or Damaged Items:

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us immediately at sales@loperamide.co.uk, and we’ll make it right.
