Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item.

• Certain products (e.g. opened medicine or hygiene items) are non-returnable due to safety regulations.

How to Return an Item:

1. Contact us at sales@loperamide.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

3. Pack the item securely and post it back to us.
   Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
